About the Role

As one of two Receptionists, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering an outstanding client experience. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, representing SiDCOR’s professionalism and values.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer them as needed, and take messages to send via Teams.
  • Manage reception emails, forwarding or actioning as required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SiDCOR’s services and value proposition.

Administration

  • Ensure the front office is presentable and address any issues promptly.
  • Sort, scan, and save incoming mail while coordinating outgoing post.
  • Manage courier arrangements and supplies such as Australia Post envelopes and satchels.
  • Process EFTPOS payments and electronically save scanned documents to support a paperless office strategy.
  • Monitor staff movements, post events, and share notices in Teams.
  • Assist with overflow tasks from Client Service Coordinators and escalate ATO matters when needed.
  • Prepare and lodge client-related documents with external agencies (ASIC, ATO, OSR).
