Job Description/Overview:
DCF Guns is seeking a full-time Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and team management. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing retail operations, and ensuring compliance with federal firearms regulations. The Sales Manager collaborates with the General Manager to develop strategies for profitability and ensure sales goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service, resolve issues, and offer solutions or options.
Manage documentation and processing of firearms in compliance with federal regulations.
Develop strategies to maintain company profitability and meet sales goals.
Identify and address problems in sales areas.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints.
Oversee retail sales floor operations and provide direction to the sales team.
Train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
Collaborate with the General Manager on initiatives to drive profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management/sales.
3-5 years of related experience.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales and team management.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong critical thinking and active listening abilities.
Service-oriented mindset.
Pay:
$50,000 per year
