Job Description:
Catalent is seeking a GMP & Training Expert (m/w/d) to join the Packaging Support team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and developing training initiatives to support operations packaging. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Training Coordinator for Operations Packaging.
Manage and maintain the Compliance Wire System.
Organize and coordinate practical training sessions, including documentation.
Develop onboarding plans for new and existing employees.
Assist with creating, updating, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Create and update logbooks for operational use.
Qualifications:
A three-year vocational qualification in a commercial or scientific field.
Approximately three years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or similar.
Strong technical understanding and process workflow knowledge.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with TrackWise and Compliance Wire is a plus.
Excellent German and good English communication skills.
Experience:
Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar regulated environment.
Skills:
Organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage compliance and training systems effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
