Kooper Super is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant. This position focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-ups as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
