Job Description/Overview
Tremco CPG StructureCare Services Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Construction Site Workers to join our team. We specialize in the repair and maintenance of structures, including multi-storey car parks, podium slabs, elevated service decks, and flat roofs. Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks including deck preparation, concrete repairs, liquid coating application, and general site activities.
Ensure high standards and timely completion of projects.
Promote safe working practices, proper use of tools, and compliance with PPE protocols.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team under project management supervision.
Qualifications
Prior experience on construction sites.
CSCS certification (preferred).
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Construction (required).
Liquid waterproofing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience
Knowledge of construction principles and repair methods.
Health and safety awareness, with confidence in site compliance documentation.
Willingness to travel across the UK for site-based work.
Skills
Teamworking and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new training.
Reliable self-starter with initiative and a strong work ethic.
