Key Responsibilities
Construct walls, foundations, and structures using bricks, concrete blocks, or natural stones.
Mix and apply mortar or other bonding agents to join materials.
Repair and maintain existing masonry structures.
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with other tradesmen on construction and renovation projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a Bricklayer or similar qualification.
1-2 years of professional experience in masonry or construction.
Experience
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength for handling heavy materials.
Willingness to adapt and integrate into a new team.
Skills
Proficiency in masonry techniques and handling construction tools.
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
