Location: Remote Luxembourg (Part-Time: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexible between 8 AM and 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand’s online presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative social media strategies, design engaging content, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Distribution:

- Design visually appealing, on-brand posts using Photoshop and Canva.
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Schedule and publish content to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored to the target audience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive visuals, videos, and copy.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing successful social media campaigns.

- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to craft engaging copy.
