Job Description:
Expertise Recruitment is seeking a Social Media Executive to oversee the execution of innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves creating, managing, and analyzing content to build and maintain a strong brand presence while engaging effectively with audiences in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create engaging, well-crafted content briefs (text, images, and videos) and collaborate with internal teams such as copywriters and designers to produce impactful social media content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content in alignment with a predefined social media calendar.
- Monitor online conversations, engage with followers, and respond promptly to comments and inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Analyze social media performance data, extract insights, and implement optimization strategies to improve future campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and features, implementing them when relevant.
Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: 1-2 years managing social media accounts for multiple brands with a proven track record of success.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and inform strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of visually compelling content.
- Availability: Able to join within one month.
