Job Description/Overview:
The Sales Support Manager is responsible for maintaining and building strong customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving escalated issues. This role supports the Sales & Marketing Manager in meeting goals, analyzing market trends, and identifying sales opportunities. It includes assisting Account Managers with promotions, acquiring new accounts, and implementing company-standard sales procedures to maximize opportunities and space in all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships with key and small accounts.
Address and resolve escalated customer issues.
Support Sales & Marketing Manager with goals, objectives, and market analysis.
Assist Account Managers in executing weekly and quarterly promotions.
Acquire and develop new accounts, determining investment levels and promotional opportunities.
Ensure all sales activities align with company standards and templates.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
Experience:
Preferred: 1+ years of warehouse experience.
Preferred: 1+ years of merchandising experience.
Preferred: 3+ years of beverage sales experience.
Skills:
Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
Proficiency in executing promotional and sales strategies.
