Job Description/Overview:
CTG Luxembourg PSF is an IT services company providing support for clients, primarily in the financial sector. We are seeking a Product Owner Support to assist the Product Owner in driving the digital transformation at a leading bank. The role involves prioritizing requirements, supporting agile tools, and ensuring the seamless execution of the bank’s digital roadmap with a focus on e-banking, e-signatures, mobile applications, and process digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements.
Administer agile tools to track progress and tasks.
Provide project support for smooth execution of digital initiatives.
Analyze current business processes and propose optimized solutions.
Collaborate with business units to update operating procedures.
Develop training materials and organize training sessions.
Track and follow up on task statuses to ensure timely delivery.
Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Management.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Experience with e-signature solutions and digital banking tools is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with core banking or CRM applications is advantageous.
Experience:
Experience supporting product owners or in a similar role is preferred.
Previous exposure to e-signature solutions or digital banking tools is an asset.
Skills:
Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills in English (French or German is an asset).
