Job Description/Overview:

This permanent, full-time position requires an on-site Office Administrative Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the company’s Surrey, BC location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

 

Schedule and confirm appointments.

 

Answer telephone calls and relay messages.

 

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.

 

Answer electronic inquiries.

 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

 

Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.

 

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

 

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

 

Qualifications:

 

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Experience:

 

1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

 

Skills:

 

Strong organizational and communication abilities.

 

Proficiency in managing filing systems and inventory.

 

Capability to analyze and handle employee data effectively.

 

Workplace Information:

 

On-site work required.
