Job Description /Overview
Arendt & Medernach, Luxembourg’s leading independent business law firm, is seeking an experienced HR Senior Officer to join their dynamic team. With over 800 professionals and an international presence, the firm offers a multicultural and collaborative environment.
As an HR Senior Officer, you will play a key role in managing administrative HR processes, optimizing internal workflows, and ensuring seamless support for new joiners and existing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Administer onboarding processes, including contract preparation, medical visits, and personnel file management.
Manage absence records, including leave and illness tracking in the HRIS system, and generate ad-hoc reports.
Provide high-quality administrative support for HR processes such as time management, hiring, and exit formalities.
Participate actively in internal HR process optimization projects.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Human Resources (BAC+3/BAC+4).
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in Luxembourg in a similar role.
Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
Proactive, responsible, and discreet in handling confidential matters.
Fluency in French and good command of English (German is an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
