Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, budgeting, and reporting, coupled with excellent decision-making and analytical skills. This role requires expertise in accounting systems and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating the company’s budget and preparing accurate forecasts.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide regular financial reports to top management to inform operational progress and financial health.
- Develop and implement a cost accounting system tailored to the company’s production operations.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management and line managers.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, closing balances, and year-end statements.
- Monitor and manage company accounts, providing monthly workflow reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support management in making sound financial decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial management or a similar role.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading and writing).
- Technical Proficiency:

- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, particularly Shamel and Odoo.

- Proficiency in preparing all financial statements and reports.
- Strong computer skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage the accounting team and oversee department operations effectively.
- Decision-Making: Skilled in providing actionable financial recommendations to support management decisions.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Full proficiency in financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Ability to monitor accounts and provide updates on workflow progress.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a financial management role.
- Location: Currently residing in Kuwait.
- Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
