Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to franchise development, onboarding, and discovery day coordination for prospective franchisees. This versatile role involves administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional franchisee experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and communicative.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with franchise development, managing documents, meetings, and cross-department communication.
Support franchisees during onboarding, ensuring they have necessary resources.
Plan and coordinate discovery days, including scheduling, venue, and travel arrangements.
Perform general administrative duties, including HR tasks and executive assistance as needed.
Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise processes.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in administrative or coordinator roles is a plus, but not required.
