Job Description/Overview
Catalyx is seeking a dedicated Distribution Specialist to manage warehousing activities at a customer site in Dublin. This role involves goods receipt, sampling, materials handling, picking, shipping, and inventory management within the customer’s distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative and physical tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products/inventory using SAP EBS.
Maintain accurate records of distribution activities in computerized inventory systems.
Execute routine transactions and adhere to SOPs and cGMPs.
Inspect shipments/products to ensure compliance with specifications and report deviations.
Support batch record documentation for packaging operations.
Operate machinery for physical item handling, including packaging and shipping.
Collaborate on production investigations for quality management.
Ensure the achievement of KPIs and metrics.
Qualifications
Relevant Level 6 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Advantageous: Experience in a cGMP-related industry.
Familiarity with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
Valid forklift license and heavy equipment operation experience.
Strong attention to detail and proactive customer service approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
