The Role

As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll bring our brand to life through engaging content and creative storytelling. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing Communications, you’ll help execute strategic marketing initiatives to maximize awareness and revenue. Your role will span managing content for the hotel and its five bars and restaurants, from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies under the guidance of the Director of Marketing Communications.
  • Create and manage the hotel’s content calendar, scheduling content production for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Shoot and produce high-quality photo and video content.
  • Oversee community management, responding to queries, sharing user-generated content, and leveraging influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate the production of collateral and liaise with the Graphic Designer for design briefs.
  • Monitor competitor websites to identify new promotional opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for content creation and storytelling, with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Previous marketing experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, aligned with business needs.
