About the Role
Assemble, a private property development company based in Auckland CBD, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their young and highly adaptive team. This unique opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in sales and marketing strategy across two sectors: Property Development and Property Finance. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the company’s diverse property projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s brands and projects effectively.
- Campaign Management and Execution: Lead marketing campaigns, track performance, and implement lead generation strategies to maximize brand growth and consistency.
- Product Development and Brand Creation: Research competitive products, understand buyer demographics, and create new brands with compelling messaging and positioning.
- Sales and Marketing for Development Properties: Oversee the end-to-end sales and marketing process for property projects, optimize sales values, and collaborate with external agencies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and provide regular updates to senior management on performance and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the property industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
