We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads while supporting our mission of sustainability and social impact.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, managing content creation, enhancing customer success tools, and supporting event marketing. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
Content Creation & Management
- Lead content creation for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and impactful materials.
Digital & Print Marketing
- Manage SEO, website updates, and social media presence to improve visibility and lead generation.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments.
Customer Success Support
- Design and enhance onboarding tools and resources, such as guides and promotional materials, to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
Event Marketing & Trade Shows
- Develop promotional strategies to maximize awareness and lead generation for events.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective event execution.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and inspire the marketing team, providing coaching and feedback to foster a results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to optimize strategies and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 5 years in a marketing role, with proven success in B2B strategies.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Additional Assets
- Passion for sustainability and social impact.
- Event marketing experience, particularly for trade shows and conferences.
- Strong understanding of website optimization and UX best practices.

Schedule
