Job Description/Overview
Our client, an industrial company near Windhof, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will lead sales efforts, ensure excellent client relationships, and oversee various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular on-site commercial prospecting.
Collaborate with clients to ensure production aligns with their specifications (e.g., colors, logos).
Manage logistics, deliveries, and customer needs.
Attend technical meetings abroad.
Handle billing and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and customize products (logos, colors, designs).
Manage customer inquiries via email and oversee projects.
Lead and manage a team.
Qualifications
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Strong understanding of technical production processes.
Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Strong memory and adaptability to new situations.
Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
Experience
Proven experience in sales and client management.
Familiarity with ERP systems for managing orders and inventory.
Skills
Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse clients and markets.
