Job Description/Overview
People Solutions by Arhis, a trusted partner for human resources solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Administration Senior Coordinator. This role involves managing diverse HR operations, including employment contracts, HRIS systems, work permits, payroll processing, and more. With a strong focus on labor law, social security, and immigration regulations, this position is ideal for professionals passionate about comprehensive HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Documentation Management: Draft, manage, and oversee contracts, amendments, and certificates throughout the employee lifecycle.
Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination: Administer processes for new hires and leavers, including checklists, background checks, IT setup, medical exams, and trial period tracking.
HR Systems and Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Work Permits Management: Oversee applications, renewals, and tracking of work permits while providing guidance.
HR Support Services: Manage HR mailboxes and address employee inquiries professionally.
Payroll & Benefits Backup: Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR projects and suggest process enhancements in HR administration.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years in HR roles, with a focus on administrative functions and operations.
Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
HR Skills: Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Initiative: Project-oriented and proactive in improving HR processes.
Experience
Prior experience in HR operations, service companies, or internal HR departments.
Knowledge of labor laws, social security, and immigration regulations.
Skills
