Job Description/Overview
The Facilities Management Team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Support Officer. This role ensures the smooth running of the main administration office and compliance with procedures and documentation. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support, liaise with various departments and external organizations, and assist with departmental moves and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of the administration office.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with systems and procedures.
Liaise with Trust departments and external organizations.
Support the Refurbishment Programme Manager and facilitate departmental moves, including after-hours and weekends.
Provide essential cover for logistics van driver absences.
Assist with Travel Office and other Facilities Department tasks.
Qualifications
Recognized administrative experience.
NVQ III in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience
Proven clerical, administrative, and computer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Skills
Essential:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective role modeling aligned with NNUH PRIDE values (People-focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence).
Desirable:
Customer care skills.

Flexible working hours are available.
Position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £24,071 – £25,674 per annum, pro rata.
