Job Description/Overview:
Sahjog Sign & Electrical Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and office tasks. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Organized and reliable.
Salary:
$25.00 hourly for 35 hours per week.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 35 hours per week.
Workplace Information:
Work must be completed on-site.
