Job Description/Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will oversee daily branch operations, process contracts, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of paperwork. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, maintaining client databases, and supporting sales associates, management, and branch administrative staff. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Process and review listing and sales contracts. Maintain records and prepare reports.

 

Manage daily branch operations, including office appearance, mail processing, accounts payable/receivable, and office supplies.

 

Provide training to new personnel and sales associates on equipment and software.

 

Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and postcards.

 

Assemble client guides and update client databases.

 

Assist with license applications for new, renewing, and transferring sales associates.

 

Perform other administrative tasks as requested.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

 

Minimum high school diploma; secondary education preferred.

 

Experience:

 

Three years of clerical or administrative experience.

 

Skills:

 

Knowledge of real estate, title, or mortgage business preferred.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Other:

 

No additional licenses or certifications required.

 

Experience:

At least 3 years of clerical or administrative experience.

 

Skills:

 

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

 

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.

Additional Information:

Wage: $24.00 – $32.00 hourly, based on education and experience.
