As an Inbox Manager, you’ll manage client email inboxes and related tasks, ensuring organization and efficiency. With flexible hours, ongoing training, and dedicated support, this role is ideal for proactive individuals who love systems and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inboxes, keeping them at ‘inbox zero.’
- Respond to emails in the client’s voice and tone.
- Handle scheduling, customer service, team coordination, and other inbox-related tasks.
- Create and maintain newsletters or other communications as needed.
- Gradually take on more responsibilities as you build familiarity with client needs.
