About the Role
Stellar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing civil and roading team. You will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of various projects across the wider Canterbury region. This role requires a strong focus on people leadership, development, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide financial forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Oversee and sign off on technical methodologies and project programming.
- Manage key stakeholder engagement and maintain customer and client relationships.
- Communicate and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of job pricing, including materials, labour, and plant.
- Familiarity with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, and NEC Contracts.
