Role Overview:
Ferrero Luxembourg is seeking a Global Social Media Manager for the Kinder brand, who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing global social media strategies that align with Kinder’s brand objectives. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Category department and collaborate with teams across regions to create innovative social media strategies that engage and delight our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a global social media strategy for the Kinder brand across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of creative, engaging, and high-quality content that reflects Kinder’s brand voice.
- Collaboration: Work with regional and local teams to maintain consistency across global markets, providing mentorship and support as needed.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Emplify, and Talkwalker. Optimize strategies based on insights and report results to senior management.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with global and local marketing teams, PR, Legal, and Procurement to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital trends and social media best practices, using competitive insights to refine strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:

- Education: A degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager within an FMCG company or a digital agency, with proven success in managing global brands and multi-country social strategies.
- Skills:
- Expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and brand development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Emplify, and Talkwalker.
- Proven ability to manage global brands and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, with creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
