The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers flexible working hours, starting from 20 hours per week, making it ideal for candidates looking for adaptability and work-life balance.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our SEO and PPC campaigns. From content creation to outreach, you’ll ensure clients achieve outstanding results through meticulous and impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content briefs based on keyword research.
- Produce high-quality content using advanced AI tools to optimize originality and SEO.
- Collaborate with clients to approve content before publication.
- Upload content and visuals to websites via various CMS platforms.
- Identify and engage with digital publications for link-building opportunities.
- Write compelling outreach emails and negotiate online coverage.
- Support account managers in delivering successful SEO and PPC campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Accountability for end-to-end task completion.
Desired Skills
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with video communication tools (e.g., Loom, Google Meet).
- Experience using blogger outreach tools (e.g., BuzzStream) is a plus.
