Overview:
PSdigital is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Dubai. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms. You will collaborate with the Design Unit to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand voice. If you are passionate about storytelling, social media, and content creation, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand client preferences and identify market opportunities.
- Create compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Write, edit, and proofread social media posts, captions, and other written materials.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative social media concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze the performance of social media content and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation skills.
- Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools.
