Job Description/Overview:
Epiroc AB is seeking a people-oriented and organized Service Manager to oversee workshop and field service operations in Finland. This role involves leading a dedicated team of technicians and an administrator while managing customer service activities across Finland and the Nordic & Baltic regions. The Service Manager will report to the Regional Service Manager and will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, building customer relationships, and overseeing the service facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of nine, creating a positive and supportive work environment
Plan and manage service activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
Oversee the service facility and warehouse, including an upcoming relocation
Build and maintain customer relationships by providing reliable and professional service
Balance multiple tasks and priorities to meet service demands, ensuring stability and clear processes
Qualifications:
Some documented experience in people management
Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
Experience:
People management experience required
Technical background is a plus but not necessary
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
Proficient in IT tools for tracking and reporting
