Job Description/Overview:
Aria Care is seeking a compassionate Bank Care Assistant to provide flexible support for residents in their day-to-day activities at Moorlands Nursing Home. This role involves assisting with personal care, ensuring residents’ comfort, and maintaining a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, grooming, eating).
Assist with mobility and provide companionship.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Work day or night shifts based on home needs.
Qualifications:
A caring and empathetic attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including on short notice.
Respectful and supportive of a diverse environment.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to residents’ needs with patience and understanding.
