The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Animal Management Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute content that aligns with Gallagher’s global and regional marketing strategies. Your focus will include external communications projects and marketing automation content to support our digital strategy.

This is a pivotal role where curiosity, proactivity, and stakeholder engagement are essential. You’ll work closely with various teams, helping generate a content library that supports the rollout of our new Customer Experience platform.

This fixed-term opportunity is open to both independent contractors and those seeking an employee position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and coordinate content aligned with global marketing strategies.
  • Drive external communications projects and develop marketing automation content.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and create impactful, relevant content.
  • Support the rollout of Gallagher’s Customer Experience platform by building a robust content library.
  • Balance multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About You:
You’re a skilled content writer with experience in marketing automation and content strategy. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships and produce engaging, audience-focused content.

To succeed, you’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in content writing or communications roles.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation content development.
  • Expertise in content strategy and implementation.
  • Social media content creation experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B and technically focused industries.
  • Bonus skills: videography, photography, and proficiency with Adobe Suite.
