Job Description/Overview:
Mploy HR Group is seeking a highly skilled forklift driver to join their client’s team, which supplies bakery products to food manufacturers. The role involves operating a crown high-reach forklift in narrow aisles, loading and unloading trucks, and moving materials and ingredients for production. Experience in food manufacturing is highly regarded but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a crown high-reach forklift (joystick) in narrow aisles (Double Deep experience advantageous)
Drive Counter-Balance forklift as required
Work in and out of -22°C conditions (PPE provided, excluding safety boots)
Utilize sound computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving materials and ingredients for production
Qualifications:
Experience operating high-reach forklifts in narrow aisles
Valid forklift license
Ability to work in cold conditions
Strong computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
Experience in food manufacturing (highly regarded but not required)
Experience:
Proven experience in operating high-reach forklifts
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sound computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
Flexibility in handling varying work conditions
Capability to operate both high-reach and counter-balance forklifts

Additional Information:
Day Shift: 06:00 am – 02:00 pm | $35.78/hr + Super (Mon – Fri)
Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 06:00 am | $46.51/hr + Super (Mon – Fri)
Who Can Apply:
Candidates with a valid forklift license and experience in high-reach forklift operation in cold environments. Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
