Job Description/Overview

 

Talabat is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to expand its partner network by acquiring new restaurants in the designated region. This role involves achieving sales objectives, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives.

 

Manage leads from the lead generation team and convert them into successful sales.

 

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants through meetings and calls.

 

Conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and onboard new clients.

 

Follow up with potential clients who show interest but have not yet converted.

 

Assist clients in uploading menu pictures and encourage subscriptions to online payment gateways.

 

Gather detailed information on delivery areas, charges, and minimum order requirements from client restaurants.

 

Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to drive sales growth.

 

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, closed sales, follow-ups, expenses, and presentations.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.

 

1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Sales Acquisition roles.

 

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

 

Comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

 

Experience

 

Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B Sales.

 

Skills

 

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

 

Excellent communication and relationship management.

 

Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and meeting targets.

 

Analytical thinking to track and evaluate sales prospects.
