Job Overview
Hitch is seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join its team in Luxembourg. The role involves supporting the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Manager and step in during their absence.
Oversee all activities related to the point of sale, including administration and execution.
Maintain accurate accounting and cash flow management.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of products to enhance the customer experience.
Assist in creating and implementing work schedules.
Support sales strategies and promotional initiatives to boost performance.
Act as a team leader to ensure operational excellence.
Supervise and enhance customer service quality.
Train, guide, and motivate both front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Coordinate service operations, from welcoming customers to gathering feedback.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met.
Manage stock and supplies alongside the team.
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
