Job Overview
Arhis HR Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Assistant (50%) to join their team on an interim basis. This diverse role combines administrative and HRBP support, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, communication, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative HR Management:
Welcome and onboard new employees.
Manage employment contracts and related documentation.
Handle work incapacity declarations.
Track employee absences, leave, and sick days.
Support payroll processes by calculating and sharing payroll variables.
Schedule medical appointments for employees.
Recruitment:
Develop job descriptions.
Write and publish job postings.
Review and sort incoming applications and CVs.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Provide salary simulations for candidates.
Communication:
Draft internal memos and informational materials.
Share HR-related updates proactively with employees.
Organize corporate events.
Address employee payroll inquiries.
Other Duties
Take on additional HR-related tasks as needed over time.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with excellent team collaboration abilities.
Proficient in HR tools and systems.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
