We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Visual Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our brand, creating stunning designs that resonate with our audience across print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Develop creative designs for promotional materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with the resort’s branding guidelines and effectively communicates our offerings.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency across all designs, ensuring they reflect the essence of CEM Resorts’ brand.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our promotional materials are innovative and effective.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the work is completed to a high standard.
- Vision Alignment: Collaborate with the Resort Manager to ensure designs accurately reflect the resort’s values, services, and guest experience.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually engaging designs.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
