Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter to lead creative content development and contribute to innovative messaging strategies. Reporting to key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality copy for various platforms and ensuring brand consistency. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, collaboration, and delivering impactful creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Develop engaging, high-quality copy for digital platforms (web, social media, email), print, advertising, and in-store communications. Maintain alignment with brand voice and business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative messaging strategies for integrated campaigns.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to copywriters, review and edit work to uphold creative standards, and mentor team members to enhance content quality.
- Strategic Execution: Lead brainstorming sessions, develop audience-focused messaging strategies, and use data-driven insights to create impactful content.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and style across all channels, acting as a key guardian of the brand’s voice and identity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with marketing directors, product managers, and external teams to gather requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and feedback to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in creative content development, with a proven track record in successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality copy across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Expertise in audience behavior, market trends, and content strategies to inform and optimize creative output.

Work Environment:
