Job Description
We are seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team at KNZ Solutions. The Proposal Writer will be instrumental in driving our business development efforts by creating compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to gather essential information and craft proposals that meet client requirements and stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and gather relevant information to create high-quality, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop proposals that effectively highlight our value proposition.
  • Ensure that all proposals are clear, concise, and tailored to the client’s needs and expectations.
  • Manage the proposal creation process, ensuring timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure they are error-free, properly formatted, and meet company and client standards.
  • Contribute to the development of standard proposal templates and content libraries to streamline future proposal creation.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to understand client needs and business objectives, integrating this insight into the proposal process.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to create clear, persuasive, and professional content.
  • Experience in proposal writing or a related field, ideally in a business development or sales environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to gather information and create compelling proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
