About the Role:
Join the exciting world of retail marketing at Number One Shoes! We are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic team at Ngahuia Group. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across our store network, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager to plan and execute impactful promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate local store marketing, from in-store POS to digital screens.
- Manage the production and timely delivery of marketing collateral, both printed and digital.
- Ensure stores are consistently updated with the latest promotional materials to keep things fresh and exciting.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of marketing assets.
- Support the wider marketing team with content coordination, campaign briefs, and weekly marketing reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva (or similar design platforms).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
