The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Animal Management Marketing & Communications team. This pivotal role will focus on creating, coordinating, and executing content that aligns with Gallagher’s global and regional marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space. You will play a key role in the rollout of Gallagher’s new Customer Experience platform, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and drives the narrative for our animal management solutions.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights for content creation, manage multiple projects, and contribute to marketing automation strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Gallagher’s digital communications and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content for external communications projects and marketing automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with Gallagher’s business goals and customer needs.
  • Create compelling content that engages global audiences, including customer stories, product updates, and more.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with brand strategy.
  • Help build a content library to support Gallagher’s marketing and communications teams.
  • Assist in social media content creation and help implement content strategies across various digital platforms.

About You:
You are a seasoned content writer with a passion for creating compelling, impactful content. With 3+ years of experience in content writing, communications, and marketing automation, you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks while collaborating with diverse teams. You are a strong communicator, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content. Experience in B2B or technical industries is a plus, and skills in videography, photography, and the Adobe suite are desirable.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in content writing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Experience with marketing automation content and content strategy implementation.
  • Strong social media content creation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Background in B2B or technically focused industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of videography, photography, and Adobe Suite (desired but not essential).
