Job Description/Overview
AAFP is a growing team of professionals and administrators specializing in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Franchising services. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in our Eight Mile Plains office and offers a supportive and professional environment with exciting perks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephones and attend to visitors in the office.
Manage daily bring-ups and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties for effective communication.
Maintain a professional and tidy office environment.
Handle pick-ups and deliveries as required.
Manage email and telephone inquiries.
Maintain office and kitchen equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
Process and lodge client documents using respective software.
Assist the Client Services Officer with client work and internal matters.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and software.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
Skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professionalism in managing client and office interactions.
