Job Description/Overview:
O’Shea Management Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Aged Care management team. This role is vital in supporting the team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to team members.
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, families, and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate data entry and an organized filing system to ensure compliance.
Order and manage office supplies, keeping the office environment organized.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Create reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
Entry-level experience; ideal for someone looking to gain tangible skills in the administrative/care sector.
Skills:

Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
Work Environment:
This part-time position is based in the Miranda office. Candidates should be available to work 3 days per week between Tuesday and Friday. Some flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate team needs.
