Key Responsibilities

Create a homelike environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Assist with daily care needs, including hygiene, cleaning, and meal planning.
Report incidents, accidents, or complaints per policy.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
Support clients in social and recreational activities.
Uphold confidentiality and respect for clients’ dignity and belongings.
Engage clients in community and educational activities.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in social care.
CORU registration (mandatory).
Experience with young adults, disabilities, and challenging behavior.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
