Job Description/Overview
Luxair is seeking a Marketing Officer to join the Marketing Management department within General Services. This role involves supporting the implementation of the marketing plan for a specific service, organizing events, media activities, sponsorships, and enhancing communication strategies in collaboration with the Communication and Sales teams. The Marketing Officer will also analyze the outcomes of marketing actions to refine strategies and ensure the department’s budget is respected.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of the marketing plan to meet service objectives.
Organize events, media activities, sponsorships, and marketing communications.
Collaborate with the Communication and Sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with the marketing department’s budget and back-office operations.
Analyze marketing results and refine future strategies.
Provide backup support for Marketing Managers as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
University degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent experience.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, French, and/or German (both spoken and written).
Familiarity with IT office and marketing tools.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Creative and initiative-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Desired:
Experience in project and brand management.
Previous experience in Marketing or Communication.
Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
