Job Description/Overview:
Alghanim Industries is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Relationship Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales of the company’s products and services. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to exceed customer expectations, and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by meeting and exceeding expectations.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, directing them to the appropriate person if needed.
Educate customers on all available products and services.
Handle customer complaints sensitively and resolve issues effectively.
Address customer hesitation and resistance, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase.
Calculate pricing, financing costs, and down payments for vehicles.
Accurately document and register all vehicle transaction details.
Conduct a memorable handover with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
Prospect for new customers and ask for referrals.
Capture and maintain a prospect database, and follow up periodically with leads.
Ensure the Order-to-Delivery process runs smoothly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
2 – 4 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for interaction with people.
High level of selling and persuasion skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
