Job Description/Overview:
APF Steel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to support its operations by coordinating information flow, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient office procedures. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay messages.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Experience:
Prior experience in administrative tasks is required.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Salary: $29.50 per hour, 30–40 hours per week.
