Job Description/Overview:

Remarkable Immigration and Education Inc is seeking a skilled Office Administrative Assistant to manage office procedures, appointments, communications, and inventory while ensuring efficient workflow. This is a full-time, permanent position conducted on-site in Richmond, BC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.

 

Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.

 

Schedule and confirm appointments.

 

Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relaying messages as needed.

 

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

 

Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.

 

Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.

 

Perform data entry tasks.

 

Provide excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: College/CEGEP diploma.

 

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

 

Experience:

 

Familiarity with office procedures and administrative duties.

 

Skills:

 

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

 

Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Salary: $25.00 per hour, 30–37.5 hours per week.
