Overview
Guidewire Software is looking for a skilled and experienced Content Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team, focusing on the EMEA region. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the European insurance market and a knack for developing high-impact content. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing, you’ll work closely with regional leaders to create, package, and promote engaging content that enhances the Guidewire brand and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce relevant, high-value content, including articles, white papers, case studies, blog posts, podcasts, and more.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a prioritized content strategy for the EMEA market, aligning with global marketing goals.
  • Editorial Quality: Polish and refine content to meet brand tone, style, and quality standards.
  • Campaign Support: Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery for campaigns, product launches, and PR initiatives.
  • Cross-Platform Management: Oversee content publication across various channels, including website, social media, and partner networks.
  • Public Relations Support: Work closely with PR teams to identify content opportunities that enhance brand visibility among media and analysts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, editing, and management, ideally in a B2B setting within the technology or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA insurance market and experience creating content for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with multiple communication channels (e.g., social media, video, podcasts).
  • Proficiency in project management systems, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
