Job Description:
Black Pearl is seeking an experienced and dedicated Automotive Sales Area Manager for a prominent automotive company in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage and drive sales, develop strong business relationships, and take ownership of the sales strategy within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies for profitable business relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and ensure the timely execution of the sales plan.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory and manage expenses effectively.
- Drive new product sales programs and penetrate new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
- Gather competitive market information and provide valuable insights to management.
- Liaise internally with Designers, Product Engineers, and other departments to report new product ideas and improvements.
- Oversee the commercial, operational, project management, customer service, aftersales, and financial aspects of sales in the territory.
- Act as a single point of contact for all company-related matters within the territory (Sales, Technical, Customer Service, Aftersales, Warranty, Finance, Logistics).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Marketing & Sales).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with expertise in customization and accessories.
- Resident of Kuwait.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Mandatory: Valid driving license.
