Job Description/Overview
Join our Care Team to provide exceptional care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. As a Care Team Member, you will work in the hospice and in the community, supporting families and helping create cherished memories.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care to children with complex healthcare needs, including end-of-life care.
Work in the Wiltshire Hospice and across the Wiltshire community, in families’ homes.
Create positive experiences and memories for children and their families.
Adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and occasional overnights.
Uphold the values of compassion, honesty, integrity, and determination to excel.
Qualifications
Commitment to caring for children with life-limiting conditions.
Passion for providing compassionate, bespoke care to families.
Experience
Previous healthcare or childcare experience preferred but not essential.
Willingness to complete the Care Certificate if not already attained.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
